with more and more games opting for autosaves over manual saves, what is your opinion on this?
Personally, I don't really like losing the option to manually save... especially in games where the wait time between auto-saves is long.... I don't mind the fact they want to make it so you can't just load a previous save and undo a mistake.... just when you have to get to a certain random point to save... in that respect I miss manual saves... In my opinion, Skyrim has an ideal way to handle the best of both worlds... autosaves at every transition but still having the ability to manual save whenever you want.

yea i like having both options present. auto save is a life saver unless you are trying to do something specific. with trophies/achivements... its good to have both types of options for the same game

I have to agree with the majority; having both is ideal. Of course this is coming from a gamer who was weaned on games that didn't even have a save feature so any form of game saving is an improvement compared to those days.
